10.0 STRUCK BY/CAUGHT IN OR BETWEENS CONTROLS

Are these controls in place?

10.1 HIGH VISIBILITY CLOTHING AND EYE CONTACT

High visibility clothing and eye contact/acknowledgment with operator

10.2 SAFE WALK PATHS

Use of controls for work and walk paths using separation and barricading (including designated safe walk paths to protect from falling objects, moving equipment, etc)

10.3 PROTECTION FROM FALLING OBJECTS

Appropriate protection from falling objects (including for public) (eg. screens, nets, canopy structure)

10.4 PROTECTION FROM FALLING OBJECTS

Material placement: 10ft minimum from building edges, height of stacking, etc.

10.5 TOOL LANYARD, TOE BOARD, TIE-OFF

Tool lanyard, toe boards, & 100% tie-off
