By requesting access to and utilizing this account within Okland Construction’s Autodesk Forma platform (“Account”), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Authorized User Only. Access to the Account is granted solely to you as an individual. You affirm that you are the exclusive authorized user and that no other person, whether within or outside your organization, is permitted to use the Account.

2. Employment-Based Access. Your authorization to use the Account is contingent upon your active employment with the company on whose behalf access was requested. You agree that your right to access and use the Account automatically terminates upon the end of your employment with that company, regardless of the reason for separation.

3. Prohibition on Credential Sharing. You acknowledge and agree that the username, password, multifactor credentials, or any other authentication information associated with the Account (“Credentials”) shall not be shared, disclosed, or transferred to any other individual or entity for any reason.

By proceeding with access, you affirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms.
